Kim’s Journey
I earned my Bachelors of Science Nursing degree at Clarkson College, Omaha, Nebraska, after serving 11.5 years in the Air Force (in a non-medical field). My first year as a new Registered Nurse (RN) I worked at Midlands Hospital on the Medical floor in Papillion, Nebraska and then 3 years at Cape Canaveral Hospital in Cape Canaveral, Florida, as a Per Diem RN floating to the Medical, Telemetry, ICU and Ortho/Post-operative floors. Wanting to move away from the hospital setting, I started working as a Charge Nurse for an outpatient dialysis clinic in Titusville, Florida. After 9 years I found myself wanting to do more for my patients and committed to earning my Master’s of Science in Nursing and taking my Certification for Adult/Gerontology Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner.
“Owning a business has been a dream for a long time, longer than I’ve been a nurse. It is a privilege to care for others, and now this decades long dream has become a reality. I could not have done it without all the love and support of my family, my business partner and dear friend Lori, our top-notch Staff, and the prayers of my church.”
I recently returned to the roots of my faith as a Christian. This has allowed me to weather the storm of opening a Medical Practice and to appreciate all the prayer and care from others. I am devoted to walking hand in hand with our patients regardless of their station in life and health condition.
As your provider you can expect:
- Caring
- Compassion
- Thoroughness
- Realistic expectations
- Patient Advocacy, because it’s Your life, Your health, and Your choice.
